    The Malvern Prep Friars (Malvern, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Abington Friends (Jenkintown, PA), 73-41 in Tuesday's non-league test.

    The Friars (7-0) will now prepare for their test against Shipley (Bryn Mawr, PA). The go into the non-league test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Shipley was trounced by Episcopal Academy (Newtown Square, PA), 69-55, in a non-league test.

    The now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cristo Rey Jesuit for a MIAA C test on Thursday, December 21.
