The Augusta Red Devils basketball team scored 68 points and restricted the host Des Arc Eagles to 39 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Red Devils now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midland for a 1A Region 5 contest on Tuesday, January 2.
The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bald Knob (Bald Knob, AR). The Bulldogs come into the non-league contest with a 12-2 record. In their last contest, Bald Knob triumphed over McGehee (McGehee, AR), 60-59, in a non-league contest.
