Ohio High School Basketball - Benjamin Logan can't hold off Elgin

The Elgin Comets basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Benjamin Logan Raiders to 50 in the Comets non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Comets now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairbanks for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Elgin will battle a Panthers team coming off a 65-61 league loss to West Liberty-Salem (West Liberty, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 4-2.
The Raiders (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Indian Lake (Lewistown, OH). The Lakers enter the Central Buckeye Conference - Mad River contest with a 5-0 record. In their last contest, Indian Lake nudged Bellefontaine (Bellefontaine, OH), 71-40, in a non-league contest.
