The Burlington Red Devils basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the host Lexington Minutemen to 53 in the Red Devils league victory on Tuesday.
The Red Devils now sport a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leominster for a non-league contest on Friday, December 22. Burlington will play a Blue Devils squad coming off a 70-55 league win over Fitchburg (Fitchburg, MA). The Blue Devils record now stands at 4-0.
Next up, the Minutemen play the Acton-Boxborough Colonials (Acton, MA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Lexington will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Colonials go into the bout with a 1-3 record after their 56-49 non-league loss to Waltham (Waltham, MA).
