Mississippi High School Basketball - Crystal Springs can't hold off Pelahatchie

The Pelahatchie Chiefs basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Crystal Springs Tigers to 59 in the Chiefs non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chiefs now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillcrest Christian for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Pelahatchie will battle a Cougars team coming off a 74-25 non-league win over Mt. Salus Christian (Clinton, MS). The Cougars record now stands at 11-3.
The Tigers (5-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lanier (Jackson, MS). The Bulldogs enter the non-league contest with a 4-10 record. In their last contest, Lanier was nudged by Terry (Terry, MS), 61-48, in a non-league contest.
