Georgia High School Basketball - Lincoln County routs Edmund Burke Academy

December 19, 2023: Lincolnton, GA 30817

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Lincoln County Red Devils (Lincolnton, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Edmund Burke Academy Spartans (Waynesboro, GA), by a margin of 66-42.

The Red Devils (6-2) will now prepare for their outing against McCormick (McCormick, SC). The Chiefs go into the non-league outing with a 10-1 record. In their last outing, McCormick smashed Saluda (Saluda, SC), 43-38, in a non-league outing.

The Spartans now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Brentwood for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 27. Edmund Burke Academy will clash with a War Eagles squad coming off a 53-52 non-league win over Bethlehem Christian Academy (Bethlehem, GA). The War Eagles record now stands at 4-2.
