In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Hamlin Pied Pipers basketball team scored a decisive 70-36 triumph over the Rotan Yellowhammers.
In their next game, the Pied Pipers meet the Albany Lions (Albany, TX) in a 2A Region II District 10 match, on Tuesday, January 2. Hamlin will attempt to move on its 7-9 season record.
With the defeat, Rotan moves to 8-12 on the year. The Yellowhammers host Rule (Rule, TX) to meet the Bobcats in a 1A Region II District 15 match on Friday, December 29. The Bobcats enter the match with a record of 0-7. Rule lost 38-28 in their recent non-league match against Northside (Vernon, TX)
