The Southeast Lauderdale Tigers basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Lake Hornets to 34 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northeast Lauderdale for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 28. Southeast Lauderdale will battle a Trojans team coming off a 65-61 non-league loss to Morton (Morton, MS). The Trojans record now stands at 10-4.

With the defeat, Lake moves to 6-4 on the year. The Hornets travel to Morton (Morton, MS) to meet the Panthers in a non-league match on Thursday, December 21. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 8-3. Morton won 75-60 in their recent non-league match against Leake Central (Carthage, MS)
