The Red River Bulldogs basketball team (Coushatta, LA), was nudged 58-54 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA)
The Chiefs now sport a 12-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rapides for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 21. Natchitoches Central will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 54-39 non-league win over Opelousas Catholic (Opelousas, LA). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-6.
The Bulldogs (7-7) will now prepare for their battle against Winnfield (Winnfield, LA). The Tigers come into the 2A District 3 battle with a 6-6 record.
