The West Linn Lions basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Palo Verde Panthers to 50 in the Lions non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lions now sport a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brentwood School for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 20. West Linn will battle a Eagles team coming off a 65-52 non-league win over Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 7-3.

The Panthers (4-4) will now prepare for their contest against Desert Vista (Phoenix, AZ). The Thunder come into the non-league contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Desert Vista was defeated by Brentwood School (Los Angeles, CA), 65-52, in a non-league contest.
