Saks Wildcats (Anniston, AL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Pleasant Valley Raiders (Jacksonville, AL), 59-47 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Saks upgrades its record to 3-6 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Donoho (Anniston, AL) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 4-7. Donoho lost 72-69 in their recent league bout against Wadley (Wadley, AL)

Next up, the Raiders play the Faith Christian Lions (Anniston, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 5. Pleasant Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.
