Beaverhead County Beavers (Dillon, MT) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Butte Bulldogs (Butte, MT), 71-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Beaverhead County upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Beavers host Polson (Polson, MT) to play the Pirates in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 3-2. Polson won 47-32 in their recent non-league bout against Stevensville (Stevensville, MT)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Helena Bengals (Helena, MT) in a AA Western bout, on Saturday, January 27. Butte will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record.
