In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Boyd County Lions (Ashland, KY) basketball squad beat the visiting DuPont Manual Crimsons (Louisville, KY), by a margin of 70-58.
The Lions (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Holy Cross (Covington, KY). The Indians go into the non-league outing with a 6-2 record. In their last outing, Holy Cross defeated Bethlehem (Bardstown, KY), 73-49, in a non-league outing.
The Crimsons now own a 6-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bethlehem for a non-league outing on Wednesday, December 20. DuPont Manual will clash with a Eagles/Banshees squad coming off a 73-49 non-league loss to Holy Cross (Covington, KY). The Eagles/Banshees record now stands at 4-3.
