Nebraska High School Basketball - Douglas County West tipped by West Point-Beemer

In Tuesday's non-league match, the host West Point-Beemer Cadets basketball team scored a tight 55-49 triumph over the Douglas County West Falcon.

In their next game, the Cadets meet the Wayne Blue Devils (Wayne, NE) in a C1 District 7 match, on Thursday, December 21. West Point-Beemer will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Blue Devils enter the match with a 3-5 record after their 59-37 non-league loss to Guardian Angels Central Catholic (West Point, NE).

With the defeat, Douglas County West moves to 3-3 on the year. The Falcon host Auburn (Auburn, NE) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Friday, December 22. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 3-4. Auburn won 45-35 in their recent non-league match against Johnson County Central (Tecumseh, NE)
