Mariner Tritons (Cape Coral, FL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Dunbar Tigers (Fort Myers, FL), 30-25 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Mariner upgrades its record to 1-7 on the season. The Tritons travel to Oasis (Cape Coral, FL) to clash with the Sharks in a non-league bout on Wednesday, December 20. The Sharks go into the bout with a record of 0-8. Oasis lost 44-27 in their recent non-league bout against Babcock (Punta Gorda, FL)

Next up, the Tigers clash with the Cypress Lake Panthers (Fort Myers, FL) in a 5A District 11 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Dunbar will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
