The Ridgewood Maroons basketball team (Ridgewood, NJ), was nudged 45-43 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Eastside Ghosts (Paterson, NJ)
The Ghosts now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Medgar Evers College Prep for a non-league battle on Saturday, December 23. Eastside will battle a team coming off a 109-7 league win over Westinghouse (Brooklyn, NY). The record now stands at 8-1.
The Maroons (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ). The Golden Knights come into the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, NV - Old Tappan edged Wayne Valley (Wayne, NJ), 68-37, in a non-league battle.
