The Napa Grizzlies basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host Elite Eagles to 22 in the Grizzlies non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Grizzlies now sport a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piner for a non-league contest on Wednesday, December 27. Napa will battle a Prospectors team coming off a 45-43 league loss to Elsie Allen (Santa Rosa, CA). The Prospectors record now stands at 7-9.
The Eagles (1-7) will now prepare for their contest against Berean Christian (Walnut Creek, CA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 9-3 record. In their last contest, Berean Christian prevailed over Campolindo (Moraga, CA), 36-30, in a league contest.
