The Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies basketball team scored 55 points and held the visiting Viborg/Hurley Cougars to 45 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Huskies now sport a 4-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Irene/Wakonda for a non-league contest on Saturday, December 30.

The Cougars (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Campbell County (Gillette, WY). The Camels enter the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Campbell County was outscored by Chatfield (Littleton, CO), 49-41, in a non-league contest.
