The Saddle River Day Rebels basketball team scored 77 points and restricted the visiting Emerson Cavaliers to 28 in the Rebels league victory on Tuesday.
The Rebels now sport a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waldwick for a Freelance contest on Wednesday, December 20. Saddle River Day will battle a Warriors team coming off a 37-27 league loss to Cresskill (Cresskill, NJ). The Warriors record now stands at 1-2.
The Cavaliers (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Park Ridge (Park Ridge, NJ). The Owls enter the non-league match with a 3-0 record. In their last match, Park Ridge crushed Midland Park (Midland Park, NJ), 56-16, in a non-league match.
