The Platteville Hillmen topped the visiting Fennimore Golden Eagles basketball team by a final score of 52-39 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Hillmen encounter the Stoughton Vikings (Stoughton, WI) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, December 28. Platteville will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record. The Vikings go into the outing with a 1-8 record after their 43-30 non-league loss to Sauk Prairie (Prairie du Sac, WI).
The Golden Eagles now own a 5-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southwestern for a Southwest Wisconsin Activities outing on Friday, December 22. Fennimore will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 70-42 non-league loss to River Ridge (Patch Grove, WI). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-8.
