Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Little Rock Christian Academy Warriors (Little Rock, AR), 64-58 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Jonesboro upgrades its record to 6-7 on the season. The Hurricane host Manila (Manila, AR) to clash with the Lions in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 21. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 9-3. Manila won 59-52 in their recent league bout against Rivercrest (Wilson, AR)

Next up, the Warriors clash with the Earle Bulldogs (Earle, AR) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, December 27. Little Rock Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 10-6 record after their 76-44 non-league loss to Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR).
