With the victory, Miles improves its record to 13-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Merkel (Merkel, TX) to play the Badgers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 28. The Badgers come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Merkel won 48-30 in their recent league challenge against Clyde (Clyde, TX)

Next up, the Cougars play the Garden City Bearkats (Garden City, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 2. Klondike will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record.
