The Wilby Wildcats basketball team (Waterbury, CT), was nudged 55-49 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Seymour Wildcats (Seymour, CT)

The Wildcats now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ansonia for a non-league battle on Friday, December 22.

The Wildcats (1-3) will now prepare for their battle against Kennedy (Waterbury, CT). The Eagles come into the Naugatuck Valley - Brass battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Kennedy edged Derby (Derby, CT), 56-36, in a league battle.
