Connecticut High School Basketball - Wolcott RVT knocked off by Whitney RVT

The Whitney RVT Owls basketball team scored 26 points and held the visiting Wolcott RVT Wildcats to 17 in the Owls league triumph on Tuesday.
The Owls now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Academy of Science and Innovation for a non-league contest on Thursday, December 21. Whitney RVT will meet a Ravens team coming off a 49-17 league win over Metropolitan Learning Center (Bloomfield, CT). The Ravens record now stands at 3-0.
The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bullard-Havens (Bridgeport, CT). The Tigers enter the Connecticut Technical contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Bullard-Havens was outscored by Wilcox RVT (Meriden, CT), 45-33, in a league contest.
