California High School Basketball - Nevada Union topped by Chico

The Nevada Union Miners basketball team (Grass Valley, CA), dropped 54-39 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Chico Panthers (Chico, CA)

The Panthers now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Folsom for a non-league battle on Thursday, December 21. Chico will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 40-37 non-league loss to JV Opponent (, ). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-5.

The Miners (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against El Dorado (Placerville, CA). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 4-10 record.
