La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Cranston West Falcons (Cranston, RI), 60-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, La Salle Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Rams travel to Classical (Providence, RI) to clash with the Purples in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Purples go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

Next up, the Falcons clash with the Portsmouth Patriots (Portsmouth, RI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 21. Cranston West will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
