Douglas County Huskies (Castle Rock, CO) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Eaglecrest Raptors (Centennial, CO), 62-60 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Douglas County upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Huskies host Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-0. Pine Creek won 58-43 in their recent non-league bout against Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO)

Next up, the Raptors clash with the Legend Titans (Parker, CO) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 3. Eaglecrest will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 62-49 non-league win over Doherty (Colorado Springs, CO).
