Roanoke Valley Christian EAGLES (Roanoke, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Timberlake Christian Tornadoes (Forest, VA), 51-7 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Roanoke Valley Christian upgrades its record to 6-2 on the season. The EAGLES travel to Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA) to clash with the Ospreys in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 4. The Ospreys go into the bout with a record of 4-2.

Next up, the Tornadoes clash with the Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs (Danville, VA) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Timberlake Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record.
