The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Orchard Park Quakers (Orchard Park, NY) and the host Albion Purple Eagles (Albion, NY), observed Orchard Park's basketball team knock off Albion by a score of 66-48.

The Quakers (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Frontier (Hamburg, NY). The Falcons come into the Section 6 Erie County I challenge with a 1-0 record.

In their next game, the Purple Eagles encounter the Medina Mustangs (Medina, NY) in a Section 6 Niagara - Orleans challenge, on Friday, January 10. Albion will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record.
