The Colbert County Indians basketball team scored 78 points and limited the host Collinwood Trojans to 62 in the Indians non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Indians now have a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Wayne County for a non-league game on Friday, December 20. Colbert County will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 77-47 non-league win over Culleoka (Culleoka, TN). The Wildcats record now stands at 6-3.

With the loss, Collinwood falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Wilson (Florence, AL) to confront the Warriors in a non-league game on Friday, January 3. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 12-3.
