The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Dewar Dragons (Dewar, OK) and the host Wetumka Chieftains (Wetumka, OK), observed Dewar's basketball team overwhelm Wetumka by a score of 67-37.

The Dragons (4-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Life Christian (Choctaw, OK). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 8-3 record. In their last challenge, Life Christian was routed by Mid-Moore Christian (Moore, OK), 71-48, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Chieftains encounter the Weleetka Outlaws (Weleetka, OK) in a Crossroads challenge, on Friday, December 20. Wetumka will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Outlaws come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 67-26 league win over Graham/Dustin (Weleetka, OK).
