The Golden Eagles (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against West Stokes (King, NC). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, West Stokes prevailed over Walkertown (Walkertown, NC), 55-51, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Cardinals encounter the North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) in a 1A Northwest challenge, on Friday, December 20. East Wilkes will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Vikings come into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 70-59 league win over Elkin (Elkin, NC).
