In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting West St. Mary Wolfpack basketball team scored a big 66-34 triumph over the Erath Bobcats.
The Wolfpack (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against South Terrebonne (Bourg, LA). The Gators go into the non-league contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, South Terrebonne smashed Covenant Christian Academy (Houma, LA), 46-31, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bobcats battle the Berwick Panthers (Berwick, LA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, January 3. Erath will attempt to better on its 2-9 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 7-4 record after their 61-36 non-league win over Hanson Memorial (Franklin, LA).
