In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Glen Oaks Panthers basketball team scored a good 47-37 triumph over the IDEA Bridge Capitals.
The Panthers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Scotlandville (Baton Rouge, LA). The Hornets go into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Scotlandville topped University Lab (Baton Rouge, LA), 47-45, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Capitals confront the Westminster Academy Crusaders (Opelousas, LA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, December 20. IDEA Bridge will attempt to better on its 5-9 season record.
