New York High School Basketball - McDowell triumphant over Jasper-Troupsburg

The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the McDowell Trojans (Erie, PA) and the host Jasper-Troupsburg Wildcats (Jasper, NY), observed McDowell's basketball team overwhelm Jasper-Troupsburg by a score of 69-7.

The Trojans (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Wise (Norton, VA). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Central Wise was routed by Tri-Cities Christian (Blountville, TN), 77-70, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Wildcats encounter the Green Mountain Rams (Lakewood, CO) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, December 20. Jasper-Troupsburg will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 44-36 non-league loss to Wise County Christian (Wise, VA).
