In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Sherman Huskies basketball team scored a big 53-32 win over the Joseph Eagles.
The Huskies (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Country Christian (Molalla, OR). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 3-2 record. In their last battle, Country Christian was crushed by Crane (Crane, OR), 66-56, in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now own a 0-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lyle/Wishram for a non-league battle on Friday, December 20. Joseph will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 60-40 non-league win over Damascus Christian (Damascus, OR). The Cougars record now stands at 3-3.
