Ohio High School Basketball - Kenston overwhelmed by Padua Franciscan

In Thursday's non-league test, the Padua Franciscan Bruins (Parma, OH) basketball squad trounced the host Kenston Bombers (Chagrin Falls, OH), by a final score of 78-55.

With the victory, Padua Franciscan upgrades its record to 5-2 on the year. The Bruins host Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH) to face the Lions in a Crown match on Friday, December 20. The Lions enter the match with a record of 4-1. Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin won 79-59 in their recent league match against Elyria Catholic (Elyria, OH)

The Bombers now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Streetsboro for a non-league match on Monday, December 23. Kenston will face a Rockets squad coming off a 38-35 non-league loss to Hudson (Hudson, OH). The Rockets record now stands at 6-1.
