In Thursday's non-league test, the Lawrence-Nelson Raiders (Nelson, NE) basketball squad got by the host Shelton Bulldogs (Shelton, NE), by a final score of 46-42.

Next, the Raiders clash with the Exeter-Milligan/Friend Bobcats (Exeter, NE) in a non-league test, on Friday, December 20. Lawrence-Nelson will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Bobcats come into the test with a 4-0 record after their 71-34 non-league win over Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE).

The Bulldogs (4-2) will now prepare for their test against Red Cloud (Red Cloud, NE). The Warriors come into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Red Cloud held off Wilcox-Hildreth (Wilcox, NE), 46-34, in a non-league test.
