Nebraska High School Basketball - Platteview nips Malcolm

In Thursday's non-league contest, the visiting Platteview Trojans basketball team scored a close 40-35 win over the Malcolm Clippers.

The Trojans (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Arlington (Arlington, NE). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Arlington was tipped by Douglas County West (Valley, NE), 47-30, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Clippers battle the Beatrice Orangemen (Beatrice, NE) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 21. Malcolm will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Orangemen come into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 65-45 non-league loss to Platteview (Springfield, NE).
