With the victory, McAuley Catholic upgrades its record to 8-1 on the year. The Warriors host Golden City (Golden City, MO) to face the Eagles in a Ozark 7 match on Thursday, January 9. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 3-6.

The Knights now sport a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chilhowee for a Golden Valley Vernon match on Tuesday, January 7.
