Next, the Timberwolves clash with the Seneca Fighting Irish (Seneca, IL) in a Tri-County test, on Friday, December 20. Midland will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Fighting Irish come into the test with a 8-1 record after their 74-38 league win over Putnam County (Granville, IL).

The Rebels (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Newman Central Catholic (Sterling, IL). The Comets come into the non-league test with a 5-6 record. In their last test, Newman Central Catholic overcame Polo (Polo, IL), 65-31, in a non-league test.
