In Thursday's non-league contest, the host University Bulldogs basketball team scored a big 80-50 triumph over the Northridge Grizzlies.

The Bulldogs (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Timnath (Timnath, CO). The Cubs go into the non-league contest with a 3-3 record.

In their next game, the Grizzlies battle the Wellington Eagles (Wellington, CO) in a 5A/4A Longs Peak contest, on Tuesday, January 7. Northridge will attempt to better on its 1-6 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 0-8 record after their 69-63 non-league loss to Valley (Gilcrest, CO).
