In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Stover Bulldogs basketball team scored a good 57-41 triumph over the St. Paul Lutheran Saints.
The Bulldogs (2-5) will now prepare for their contest against Pilot Grove (Pilot Grove, MO). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 4-3 record. In their last contest, Pilot Grove topped Sturgeon (Sturgeon, MO), 70-55, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Saints confront the Cole Camp Blue Birds (Cole Camp, MO) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, December 21. St. Paul Lutheran will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Blue Birds go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 54-37 non-league win over Sweet Springs (Sweet Springs, MO).
