The Umatilla Vikings basketball team scored 63 points and limited the host Weston-McEwen TigerScots to 43 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Vikings now have a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Fruitland for a non-league game on Saturday, December 21. Umatilla will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 54-30 non-league loss to Nampa Christian (Nampa, ID). The Grizzlies record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Weston-McEwen moves to 4-3 on the season. The Tigerscots host Echo (Echo, OR) to battle the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 20. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Echo won 54-38 in their recent non-league challenge against Condon (Condon, OR)
