The Venture Academy Mustangs (Stockton, CA) basketball toppled the visiting Oakmont Vikings (Roseville, CA), 46-35 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Mustangs now possess a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Yuba City for a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. Venture Academy will play a Honkers team coming off a 75-25 non-league win over Pioneer (Woodland, CA). The Honkers record now stands at 9-1.
With the loss, Oakmont falls to 1-9 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Placer (Auburn, CA) to play the Hillmen in a non-league bout on Friday, December 20. The Hillmen go into the bout with a record of 1-3. Placer lost 58-35 in their recent non-league bout against Union Mine (El Dorado, CA)
