The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Maplewood Tigers (Guys Mills, PA) and the visiting Fort LeBoeuf Bison (Waterford, PA), observed Maplewood's basketball team knock off Fort LeBoeuf by a score of 55-38.

The Tigers (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Commodore Perry (Hadley, PA). The Panthers come into the District 10 Region 2 challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Commodore Perry prevailed over Jamestown (Jamestown, PA), 47-45, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bison encounter the Eisenhower Knights (Russell, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Fort LeBoeuf will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 3-1 record after their 71-55 league loss to Seneca (Erie, PA).
