Marist Spartans (Eugene, OR) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Hidden Valley Mustangs (Grants Pass, OR), 62-24 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Marist advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Spartans travel to Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, OR) to face the Billies in a non-league match on Friday, December 20. The Billies enter the match with a record of 4-3. Pleasant Hill won 55-43 in their recent non-league match against Dayton (Dayton, OR)
The Mustangs now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cascade for a non-league match on Thursday, December 26. Hidden Valley will face a Cougars squad coming off a 44-34 non-league win over Sprague (Salem, OR). The Cougars record now stands at 3-2.
