The Medomak Valley Panthers (Waldoboro, ME) basketball edged the host Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME), 52-51 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Panthers now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they host Lake Region for a B South bout on Saturday, December 21. Medomak Valley will play a Lakers team coming off a 55-50 league win over Yarmouth (Yarmouth, ME). The Lakers record now stands at 4-0.
