The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Pittsfield Panthers (Pittsfield, NH) and the visiting Nute Rams (Milton, NH), observed Pittsfield's basketball team knock off Nute by a score of 33-20.

The Panthers (1-4) will now prepare for their bout against Wilton-Lyndeborough (Wilton, NH). The Warriors go into the Division IV bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Wilton-Lyndeborough was beaten by Newmarket (Newmarket, NH), 49-22, in a league bout.

With the loss, Nute falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Mount Royal Academy (Sunapee, NH) to play the Knights in a Division IV bout on Tuesday, January 7. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 2-2.
