The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Pawhuska Huskies (Pawhuska, OK) and the visiting Okay Mustangs (Okay, OK), observed Pawhuska's basketball team overcome Okay by a score of 49-41.

The Huskies (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Keys (Park Hill, OK). The Cougars come into the non-league challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Keys defeated Westville (Westville, OK), 56-35, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Warner Eagles (Warner, OK) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 7. Okay will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 1-8 record after their 65-34 non-league loss to Sequoyah (Tahlequah, OK).
